Morning Green Smoothie

- 2 large handfuls Spinach
- 4 stalks of Kale, greens stripped from center stalks
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 Apple
- 2 cups Water
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Cover and blend at high speed for 30seconds - 1 minute.
- If you are not using a high powered blender such as a Vitamix, Blendtec, NutriBullet or NInja, you may have to use the pulse feature and continue to force greens towards blades during blending time.
