Morning Green Smoothie

  1. 2 large handfuls Spinach
  2. 4 stalks of Kale, greens stripped from center stalks
  3. 2 stalks celery
  4. 1/2 Lemon
  5. 1/2 Apple
  6. 2 cups Water
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Cover and blend at high speed for 30seconds - 1 minute.
  3. If you are not using a high powered blender such as a Vitamix, Blendtec, NutriBullet or NInja, you may have to use the pulse feature and continue to force greens towards blades during blending time.
